Because your relationship with us is financial in nature, the protection of your privacy and prompt resolution of your questions is particularly important to us.It is our policy to maintain confidentiality over your personal information. We will NOT sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing. We only allow authorized employees who are trained in protecting your privacy to access any account information.
Pickup Policy: Customers will be responsible for picking up their order as per chosen date and time. If customer fails to pickup material on chosen day a 50% restocking fee will apply to customer’s credit card. Remaining 50% will be refunded.
Returns & Refund: All plants are guaranteed for their growing season provided they were properly cared for and not neglected. We cannot assume responsibility for plants that do not survive the winter. Plants may be returned within one week of purchase. ** Buyer is responsible for the return. Plants that are deemed to be uncared for are not returnable. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from time of purchase. Receipts will be given with store receipt. Sale items are not returnable.
